Recall all original quote and or Sales Order information - As customer orders are filled and completed, you need to invoice the orders and properly ship them. All original quote and or sales order information can be recalled, allowing entry of exact quantities shipped and backordered. And, with the pick-pack- and -ship feature, the warehouse staff can identify the package in which each item is shipped, print a packing list, and enter carrier tracking numbers for customer service inquiries.
Invoices will automatically adjust inventory quantities and produce a Back Order Fill Record if there are backordered items. With the implementation of SIMMS Express, you will be able to make more informed sales decisions, and all of your sales information will be readily available at all times.

With SIMMS Express you can issue an entire Sales Order or partially issue a Sales Order as many times as required until the whole Sales Order has been Issued, creating separate Invoice for each partial sales order fill.

SIMMS Express Expiration Date Tracking system tracks an unlimited amount of expiration dates from the time they are received into inventory until the time they are issued. Sales Order Transactions

Place Sales Orders on hold in order to prevent the issuing of the specified SO.
With the Sales Order authorization staging capabilities found in SIMMS Express you can enable the added security of having to have Sales orders approved, and authorized prior to Issue.
Easily clone a Sales order into a new Sales order or quote into a new quote for the same or different Customer saving you valuable time in Sales repeat orders.
Sales Orders for Purchase Orders
Advanced functionality such as creating Sales orders for purchase orders and having the purchase orders created automatically on-the-fly from the related SO is made simple with SIMMS Express Inventory Software, not only can you create new Purchase orders on the fly but you can even add the SO related items to an existing Purchase Order.
Of course, you have the ability to apply quick payments such as deposits or even payments in full to an invoice on-the-fly from the same screen.
